Lovely, newer hotel within walking distance of downtown. Beautiful view of Lake FLower.

We stayed in a King room with a view of the lake. The room was spacious. There was a Keurig coffee maker and ceramic coffee mugs. There were glasses made with glass in the bathroom not plastic. The bathroom also was generously stocked with bath towels and robes. Sharmane was at the front desk and was very helpful in checking us in a bit early and provided excellent information. the swimming pool and exercise room both were well stocked with extra towels.

I’ll start with the positive: beautiful view, the hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the breakfast was very good even though it’s not included. However, if you’re not on the top floor, you’ll hear people walking above you—the soundproofing is very poor, which really bothered me. Also, our room was facing an outdoor electric fire pit where a large, noisy family was gathered, and we could hear everything. I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

The room was cute and quaint. Everything was very clean and tidy. I just wish that there were other size robe options and that the robes and towels were softer.

The view down from room 307 on March 3/4 looked like a badly planned storage area. Everything else was excellent.
